So yeah, this evening I tried the VILD method. Modyfied a bit.
I read some of the Da Vinci Code, until I felt very sleepy. I could barely keep my eyes open. After that, I used the "concentrate-on-breath" method. I got totally relaxed and I felt almost paralyzed. But suddently, my heart started to beat more, just as the parelyzed feeling hit me, and I had to breath more, breaking the concentration and the paralyzed feeling. I couldn't get back into the same concentration, so instead, I set my watch so wake me 2½ hours before normal.
I decided to do the FAT (I think that's what it is called), but when I woke up, I looked a bit around. I knew that I had to do some techniques, but the incredible urge to sleep stopped me. I went back to sleep, and I had some "normal" dreams
But my question is: when I was focusing on my breath and I got the paralyzed feeling, I suddently had to breath more. Did that also happen to you? And when did you get used to it? The paralyzed feeling was actually great and weird at the same time. I think the feeling of something I've never felt, made my heart beat even more, increasing the need to breath.
So, did this happen to others in here aswell, and when did you get used to it?
I had a feeling that I easily could incubate a dream, when I was in that certain state, but yeah, then I had to breath, breaking the concentration
Thanks in advance
