Hi, I am new to this site and have a few questions, first of all let me explain my experience with LDs. I have had somewhere around 5 that I can remember, but only 1 where I was able to stay dreaming(for a little while at least) while lucid. That was about 2-3 months ago after I had read a little about LDing, and had already experienced it for VERY brief periods of time.

1 question I have is this: When I went lucid that one time, even though I was positive it was a dream, and I had complete control over myself(but I could not change the setting on my own) It still seemed kind of...blurry is the only way I could describe it. It wasn't necessarily blurry when you normally think of it, but more I mean that it felt like a dream, not like or even close to real life, I have read some things here that say that their lucid dreams feel almost exactly like reality, so is there any way to make it more real, or is it something with me?

I have just started putting entries in a dream journal, and I have a few questions about it. Is it very necessary to put in more than 1 entry a night? so far I have just done one when I wake up.

Another thing I don't understand is those "shared dreams" I have heard people talking about. From what I understand, people are literally trying to meet in a dream, but they seem like they are serious. I can understand maybe seeing someone in a dream when your mind creates them, but are they really trying to link dreams where they both would remember the same dream? If they really are, could you explain how in the world that is possible

The last thing I have been hearing about is OBEs. While I have heard of things on TV about people who think they have been out of their bodies and can really see their bodies, I don't understand if thats what they are talking about here. If they are talking about that, how exactly does it go along with the topic of Lucid Dreaming?
