      Strange things..

So i started to realax exactly what WILD tutorials wrote

i became aware that my body was in a sleeping stat

Meanwhile my brain dident follow it up and i felt lika i was moving around like in a rollercoster
(my eyes view was still pitch black thou my inner eye imagined a whit room with a box)

became dizzy and after 20 min in this state i couldent continue because it was really hard, felt like i had some Gs on my face

      whats the problem?

      did i forgot anything?

(not the first time it happend done this process before but never relatad to LD)

hey Adhesive! Welcome to the forum.

That's pretty much the definition of lucid dreaming. Or did you mean you were aware that you were still in bed and not really sleeping? Something to remember- you can't always trust the information you're getting from your mind. You may have thought or even been convinced that you were awake when, in fact, you may have been in a dream the whole time. A dream which was about you trying to fall asleep!

became dizzy and after 20 min in this state i couldent continue because it was really hard, felt like i had some Gs on my face[/b]
I think you were trying to hard to keep yourself aware which kept you in this "hovering" sort of state. Your mind was pretty much ready to go into the dream - but you were fighting a bit too hard to keep it awake. Next time you might want to not of think so much of staying aware, but instead start imagining the place where you want to be. A beach, a hill, a bed with naked women... whatever. This will let your guard down just enough to slide through the dream door and also help with the blackness (which I think is just the lack of input from your imagination into the dreamscape).
