      I have a problem

I go to sleep about 11:00 each night. The problem is that I wake up too many times in a night but I never wake up when having a dream. For example: A couple of night ago I got sleepy around 10:45 so I went to bed. I woke up about three times that night. The last time I woke up was right before 4:00. When I went to bed before 4:00 I had my first dream. Is there anyway I can stop waking up before I start to dream?

One more thing. How can I start telling myself that I am dreaming in a dream even though I have no dreamsigns?[/b]

Some dreams are fady. That could be a dreamsign. Use written cues to tell yourself that you are dreaming like a message on your arm or hand.

If you have no dreamsigns, then just make it a habbit for you to RC every now and then. It will probably happen in your dreams too then

About your problem waking up, I think we need a bit more information. Do you eat before you go to bed? Is your bed comfortable? Do you feel hungry/need to go to toilet when you wake up? Are you cold/hot when you wake up?
