      Hey, welcome to Dream Views!

Yep, that sounds like a lucid dream. A lucid dream is a dream where you know that you're dreaming. It doesn't matter if you have any control or anything, so long you now you're dreaming, that's classified as a lucid dream.

You should check out the tutorials, they have some great stuff.

...there I go...taking the job of a Dream Guide again. I'm going to get myself in trouble.

Just remember though, that it's your dream, and anything you say, goes. It doesn't matter if it's physically impossible in the real world, you can do it in your dream world.

No way! I love seeing members welcoming people and pointing them in the right direction - I really appreciate your help, blackberry!

And welcome to the forum, J Dreamer! You've definitely come to the right place to learn more about LDing. As blackberry suggested, the tutorials is a great place to start. Also, if you haven't already, starting a dream journal should be the first task on your list of things to do. It'll help your recall tremendously, and also help you recognize common dreamsigns.

Please feel free to post any questions or experiences you may have. Good luck and have fun!
