i could do anything but it still didnt feel like a dream in somehow, its hard to explain but if i say that i was completly in full control but still i couldent get the realiztic feeling from it..

and second i couldent fly, i could just jump very high but not fly, anyone have any tips for me ?

If by deep you mean vivid, then I would suggest that next time you have a LD you take time to remember to study things around yourself to increase vividness. Take a look at the palm of your hand. Study it carefully, take in all the details. From just this little bit of effort, you can find that the dream will be much more vivid. Other methods are rubbing your hands together quickly or spinning around.

As for the lack of control, it's merely comething that comes in time. You have to force your mind into beliving something is possible. If you can jump really high, use something else as a booster of sorts until you're confident you can fly on your own. Like a High-Tech booster pad, a Super Cape or something of the sort.

Deli had good advice so I won't repeat it, but I thought I'd mention that there's a Dream Flying tutorial under the Tutorial sub-forum. There are a bunch of ideas for ways that people have used to fly, but the main thing is remaining confident and just going for it. Often if you think about it too much it won't happen.
