deep sleeper?

i am wondering if there is some sort of person that cannot attain lucidity? everyone claims that they "see" something in there dream that triggers lucidity. I cannot see things i just let things in my dream happening no matter how strange like and outside observer. I dont have theese things called dream signs, ive recorded numerous dreams and there is no unifying theme. Somone replied to my post saying that this may happen to deep sleepers, is this true? Also people keep telling me just give it time and everyone can do it. Please help me

i have never heard of a single person who hasn't been able to attain lucidity, given that they didnt quite trying after a week or two...if you stick with it, and keep writing down your dreams, it will come. Also, you'll notice as your dream recall gets better, so will your ability to 'notice' things...right now you totally go along with your dream, because you're prettymuch remembering something that happened in your sleep upon wakening, but if you work at getting better at remembering dreams, you'll start to 'remember' your dream while its taking place, which gives you presence of mind enough to 'notice' things...

WerBurN, opposite to contrary belief, gave you some sound advice. Try that, and if it doesn't work I recommend that you try waking up for half an hours before your REM period, and trying a WILD or a MILD. The objective is for you mind to be awake and take part in your dreams, instead of just observing them....

Yes, don't give up. Lucidity is for everyone, it just takes longer for some.

You will get there!!! I too find it hard to notice dream signs but I have been lucid before and it is well worth it!!!!! I am now trying for more consistent LD's and it can get discouraging. I too believe everyone has the ability to control their dream but some have to work harder at it. Just listen to all these guys they know what their talking about hehe! Hope to hear about your first lucid dream soon... we will help you celebrate!!!
