      adopting.

      hey seeker, do we have something in place to ensure that all newbies seeking adoption are eventually adopted by somebody, hopefully without much of a delay? i just don't want anyone to feel left out. perhaps you've already considered this, but i haven't been around the board much lately so i don't know...

      Has anyone considered being an adoptie for just a specific Forum. I know there are moderators and all but someone to take the load off. Someone who could take a specific forum they are comfortable in an help with posts & questions?

      I've not thought about some kind of failsafe. There are a lot of noobs out there in the adopt me section waiting for just the right person to come along. Hmm, I'll make an announcement!

      I may take on one more. I don't want to spread myself too thin. That would not be fair to the noob I have.

      OK folks. Looks like a 6th grade dance in here. We have a bunch of adopters sitting along one wall. We have a bunch of adoptees sitting olong the opposite wall. Come on guys, dance!

      Some of you that haven\'t adopted, how about looking at the Adopt me list and sending a PM?

      I PM everyone that has goals of things I'd be able to help them with. I avoid people with goals like learn to OBE, master WILD, etcetcetc, because I probably wouldn't be much help to them.
