Is precog-dreams the same as de-ja vu (spelling?) because I get that almost once a week.

I think it is. Maybe more people can learn to remember their deja vu dreams, and therefore predict the future through dreaming! (Dumb, corny idea..) It probably wouldn't do anything productive though, unless you can avoid someone getting hurt by not doing what you dreamed of. I'm not going any further into that, as people's beliefs are different.
