      Hi everyone my name is Tony and I have been having lucid dreams as far back as I can remember which is around 4 or 5 years old. I usually have around at least 2-5 lucid dreams a night my best night of dreaming had to be around 9 or more dreams. Im 21 years of age had a couple obe and trying to astral project with minimal success. I managed to project patially out of my body during a lucid dream. I have had 1 WILD, at the time I had this i was using Brain Wave Generator. If I had to recommend a book I would have to say Astral Dynamics I love the book. Glad to be apart of this site now and hope I can learn more about Lucid dreaming and maybe pass a little bit of knowledge about what I know to help ppl get lucid...
      To one day say ive been there, and this is how you can get there is the best gift you can give somebody. May we all pass something along that will help us all in our development and understanding in all that is and will be.

      Welcome aboard. How do you get your lucid dreams? Do you realise you're dreaming after 2 minutes of dreaming, or are you in control just as you start dreaming?

      There are some dreams where I start off knowing from the begining but for the most part I realize im dreaming by always doing something that I cant do in real life. I test the environment for anomolies. Ill check for super speed, flying, that kind of thing but the main thing that I notice is a feeling of power that I only feel when im dreaming. I dont become tired from anything and I dont sweat, or feel hunger. Look at a clock and double check the time. There is a ton of things that you can do to check if your dreaming. One of the simpler things that I did for awhile was to scratch myself on the arm and by the way it feels while your dreaming compared to how it feels when you are awake is completely different. My best lucid dream is when I didnt know that I was dreaming. Lived about 40+ years in my dream even had grandchildren. But that is posted Here

      Any more questions ill be glad to answer if I can. Ill probably post alot more tommorrow but for now i g2g do another patrol. I love being a Security Officer (Rent-a-Cop).
