Thread: Once I Had A Lucid Dream.

Like a few months ago, I remembered lik,e I came upstairs and I said like "I am dreaming" and my mom is like "Yeah. you are" then I like launched off and started flying, all I remember...

What is a method of getting lucid dreams/being aware you are dreaming. I heard once you can buy like goggles and they move around infared lights which subliminally wake you up or something to realize you are sleeping, I don't know.

There are many methods to induction lucid dreams. Try to look into the Tutorial section.
Yes, googles can induct lucid dreams, too. They're using infrared light to detect eye movent under closed eyelids. When you are dreaming, your eyes are moving (under close eyelids, of course). If googles detect this movement, they'll flash a red light into your eyes. The flash is incorporated into your dream and you - because of knowing the red flash is a sign - realize to be dreaming.

yeah alot of times when i have Lucid Dreams its just me seeing something pointless and going i must be dreaming and then getting a little dizzy and then steadying myself to continue on my way with my noble pursuits (i.e. flying, killing shit, stopping traffic, sitting on top of mountains, with the world sprawled out before me, jumping from platform to platform in a mario esque fashion.)

Wait, so when you Lucid Dream enough you sometimes can't distinguish reality from your dread lol? At work when I was really tired, everything was getting too repetitive and I thought I was dreaming lol.
