      I don't understand it! I fall asleep thinking about lucid dreaming, but when I am sleeping everything seems dark, like I am just thinking while I am asleep and not dreaming! Does anybody ever get that feeling? I was just wondering if there was anything I could do...

      i get this every now and then. Its almost like your dreaming but you dont see anything its just dark you just have thoughts floating around in your head...


      A question i have for you is How often does it happen?
      And are you consciously thinking or sub consciously thinking?
      you can't do that on the internet!.... wait yes you can do it again!

      As far as I know, that's what we call "astral projection". You are awake when you are asleep. You are not dreaming, but sleeping. I am pretty sure you can turn that into a dream, though I don't know how to do that. I've never experienced it myself.
