I'm new here, and I'm just posting here to get acquainted with the forums.

I've never had a lucid dream before, and I've only had a few truly memorable dreams. However, after viewing this site, I've been inspired to look more into the matter of dreams. As a result of this, I'm currently trying to improve my dream recall by jotting down notes from my dreams when I wake up in the morning. When I'm proficient with this, I plan to move on to explore the possibility of dreaming lucidly.

Tips and suggestions will be appreciated.

      ^ Let's say its a healthy addiction
<div align="center">"Could we but mould our dreams at will,
And keep them free from harm or ill,
      How pleasant it would be,
To deem our waking hours but dreams,
And that, our life which now but seems
      A baseless fantasy."

      Welcome Ivan

I am sure you can already do lucid attempts tonight, but that&#39;s your own choice

Well, I&#39;ve got my dream recall up to at least one per night, whereas before, I couldn&#39;t remember my dreams at all. Still though, I haven&#39;t really been having any lucid dreams.
