Hey, launchpad. I'm a beginner myself so I'm not sure how useful this advice is; but I would suggest maybe trying to relax more? Over the last week I have had atleast 5[/7] dreams that I can vividly remember - each with certain parts that had very high lucidity levels.. - I've done my research of this subject, and the way I'm approaching things is to just go with the flow and not rack my brain when I'm in bed telling myself to remember my dreams/that I'm dreaming- it just causes me a bad headache! I have no sleeping routine, and most nights I've had the greatest dreams I've consumed loads of alchohol the night before.. although, this could just be a co-incidence! |
