Yeah for those who pretty much have the normal type of dreams then you have to take drastic measures. Try doing an everyday routine of making it habitual to acknowledge a dream sign. For instance it may sound a little odd but try this out. If you wear a watch daily then that would be a perfect dream recognition. In your waking world, evertime you walk through any door look down at your watch. Keep doing this to the point that it becomes as habitual as walking, period. If you keep this up your mind will manifest these habits into your dream world, you gotta also think in your mind "Am I dreaming?" and do some additional reality checks. But it takes consistancy. Lucid Dreaming is not one to be captured easily. Good Luck! |
