I started my quest to lucid dream about 1 & half months ago now.
I had a terrible dream recall, i would only dream once every month (if that) and what i could remember wasn't much.
Since i have started i have managed to improve my dream recall 50x over. I can usually remember at least one dream a night now with no trouble. The problem i am having is actually realising i am dreaming, this may stem from the fact i have never realised i was dreaming before. I have never had a lucid dream.
Most of my dreams are fairly normal and my dream signs are not very obvious. For example, i will be riding my bike and do a jump but instead of just jumping a little i go flying through the air for a long distance. Most of my dream signs are like this, they are not "WHOA, this is just not possible!"... if you get my drift.
I have kept a dream journal and recorded most of the dreams i have had and i have read over it a few times, but it doesnt seem to help.
So how do i go about realising i'm dreaming?
