Can anyone explain and summarize what exactly i should do to have these LDs?and do they feel very much like reality?

Hey there, and welcome. The first thing you should do is to read through all the material on the DreamViews Main Site, and then browse through the Tutorials section. That should give you a good idea of what to try, and what to expect. There are many different methods for inducing lucid dreams -- you just have to find one that works for you. One very important thing to get down right away is improving your dream recall (unless it's already very good). The best way to do that is to start a dream journal. Keep a note pad near your sleeping place, and when you wake up, immediately write down anything you can remember of your dreams. After you've read through some of the material, then if you have some more specific questions about a particular technique or something, please ask away!
