Hello, my name is Adam and I am new here. Last night I had my first Lucid Dream, but I was wondering whenever you think back to your Lucid Drwam does it seem all blury? Well anyways, I had a false awakening. Is it true that you can do anything in a Lucid Dream? Also is it true that once you master Lucid Dreaming you wont even have to use a technique? I know I have a lot of questions. Another cool factor in my Lucid Dream was that I closed my eyes and said "day light", and the sky lit up. Some one told me you can have a dreaming meeting another person by imagining a door, and it was weird because I opened a door, which lead to another door, and another, followed by a false awakening.

      Thank you.

Hi Adam. Welcome to the Forum!

For your first lucid dream you had administered a lot of control. That is great.
all dreams including lucid ones will become more blurry as time passes since you had the dream. Recording the dream helps maintain you memory recall of these dreams.
My lucid dreams are usually easier to remember than that of a non lucid dream.

      Hi Adam, welcome to DV.

I advise that you have a quick scan through the turorials section to make sure you've grasped the basic techniques for inducing LD's. they helped me a lot.

      Hi and welcome.

I agree with what bob said and go to the tutorials, that has lots of important information to help induce lucid dreams.

Do you have a dream journal? or do reality checks?
