      Hullo, I'm known elsewhere on teh Internets as colonelchibbers (CC) but here I am...DreamPwner07!!! I just started keeping a dream journal yesterday. I've had maybe 1 lucid dream as of now. That's about it.

      Hi, welcome to DV and congratulations on your first lucid dream!
      Also, well done for starting a dream journal as that is the single most important thing you can do in beginning to learn lucid dreaming.
      Have you checked out the tutorial section?
      There's lots of good tips and techniques for inducing lucidity, and i think theres one for improving recall as well.
