      Hey,

      I looked this web site up three days ago and since then ive had two lucid dreams. The only problem was that the first one was a little short.

      just thought id show myself.

      congratulations on your first lucid dreams!
      Might i suggest keeping a dream journal to encourage recall. This site has a great feature for that.
      You might also want to look at general discussion, attaining lucidity, and dream control.
      The tutorial section is also good for techniques to try to induce lucidity.
