Hi thar, and welcome. |

Hey everyone! I found this site awhile ago and thought I would join it. Anyway, I've been working on trying to recall my dreams for a few weeks now, and I've become much better at recalling than I used to. Anyway, my dreams have always kind of been in 3rd person or 1st person, but I can't control what I actually do. But just last night, I had a dream where I actually had control over my body and I thought that I was awake. Is this another step to having lucid dreams? |

I think that your experience sounds like an excellent start. All you need to work on now is realizing you are dreaming. As Burns said, check out the tutorials. |

That's dream control without lucidity. Definitely is a step to lucidity, as usually it is much easier to have control while being aware that you are dreaming (lucid). What I reckon you need to do are frequent reality checks, as this control thingy is great, and you can get yourself to do reality checks no problem! Good luck! ~~~ |
