Hi, I'm very new at this, but very interested. I've been trying to lucid dream for the past few months using a method I read about online where you keep your mind focused until your body slips into sleep, and you enter the dream fase concious, but I can never stay focused long enough. My mind wanders and I fall asleep. So I was just wondering if there are any other ways that work the best, or if its diffrent for each person?
