      Not too sure if I'm Lucid

      Hey guys,
      I'm new here, and too Lucid Dreaming, I've been reading about it for a while, and became really interested. I've had several dreams where I am aware (or at least I think I am aware) that I am dreaming, and I have tried to take control, but I havn't been able to, or I only get very limited control. Could anybody spare any suggestions? Help would be appreciated.

      These can be described as 'low level lucid dream'.
      Sometimes it takes methods to exert certain amounts of control over your dreams.
      For instance, have you tried forceful, loud verbal commands? Spinning? Or taking notice to details...or embellishing in your senses...such as rubbing your hands together, or over the grass, smelling the scenery.
      All this can help, but you need to find your own way, or the way that works for you.

      Hallo! Welcome to the forums.

      That sounds like that you are on your way to becoming fully lucid. Many people have the stage that you are describing, where they are sure they are dreaming but can't take action.

      Some more time should do it.
