Any ideas about Hemi-Sync? I somehow got them... one more question, is it possible for a newbie like me to almost have a WILD? I tryed a newb tape of that Hemi-Sync in the afternoon, a person was telling me that I'm gona fall asleep in 10 seconds... After that I didn't really fall asleep. All I did feel was my jaw dropping and not being able to move it (Maby was I just so relaxed?), then my eyes went crazy and some light flashes happened. I just thought that my eyes are getting a little too much, how should I put it... "excited", so I just opened my eyes to give them a breathe.

Edit: Oh and my breathing, heart rate quickened. That was also odd too at the time.
