      Dream Recall

This may sound kinda stupid...but somehow,i just fear recalling nightmares. Any ways to avoid/deal with these pesky nightmares?

I think the best way to deal with nightmares is to understand them.

You fear the unknown. And by repressing your nighmares you just hurt yourself. Because you try to cover symptoms, not the cause of nightmares...

In fact I want some kind of lucid nightmares. I want to face evil/scary things and try to get rid of my fear.

      Just my opinion.

Yeah true that. If you don't confront it than its not gonna get any better. Don't worry about it anyway, its just something in your head and can't hurt you, so go ahead, confront it and kicks its ass.
      Where am I again?

Yes, everyone is right. The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.

Learn more about lucid dreaming and that will lead you to understand your subconcious better.

Most LD books say that just "whooping ass" isn't the best solution.
Results may range from tougher enemies next time to nemesis spawning to avenge them...

I've read at least 3 times that you have to talk to scary things. Ask them, who they are, why they are here, what do they want. etc. Try to love them. Make them your friends.
Most likely scary thing will shift into something friendly.
I havent tried it. It's just what I've read.

a comment - if you will be talking to something, try NOT to think of what it will tell you, just let the beast talk.

Ooh! Something stronger eh? Sounds badass... What is nemesis?

Woo hoo! I'd try that! If it became too much, THEN I'd talk to it.

But I'm not known for my rationality so don't pay attention to me.

We know you get a kick out of your nightmares Aphius.
A nemesis is an arch-enemy, an antagonist, a bane of existence.

Yes, I originally didn't mean: beat up your nightmares. Ev's right. You need to face them. Not run away.

      Welcome to Dream Views!

You should learn to become lucid, and either change the dreamscape, or wake yourself up if you sense a nightmare.

      Yes.Welcome Wenhuai!
If it makes you fell any better - since I have learned Lucid dreaming I have not had a single nightmare while Lucid and I can count on one hand the nightmares while in a regular dream.
My advice is to befriend the adversaries in your dreams as opposed to taking them on head to head.
