      Talking

Hi my name is Frank, I've been studying/self-learning (Reading books) how to be Psychic for almost half a year now as a hobby per-say. I found it too challenging for me as I find it hard to relax my self enough to do the main tasks so I've been training Lucidity to see if this will improve my Psychic Training, I currently am reading 2 books on Lucidity... Stephen LaBerg's "Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming" and Eric Ackroyed "A Dictionary of Dream Symbols: With the induction of Dream Psychology"

On-Subject of Lucid Dreaming I'm not sure but it seems likely (to me any how) at the end of last month 29/8/06
I may have had an experience of Lucid Dreaming either that its just me thinking and not getting any sleep! But the way I experienced it, it was like the begenning of an opera or theatrical show everything was pitch black but my thoughts echoed it was like seeing the world as it is now but with just me and my thoughts like the world was my imagination I never felt so calm, so relaxed in my life... would this be Lucidity?

      Off-Subject...
I'm 19 years old, unemployed, recent college grad student, likes any kind of music except classical I'm easy-going, friendly, wise, sarcasms my favourite humor and that pretty much covers it

      Thanks!

      Welcome to DV, FrankyT49!

Reading Laberge's book was a great move. It explains a load of stuff about inducing LD's. The best thing you could probably do right now (if you haven't done so already) is start a dream journal.

      Happy LDing!

      Welcome to Dream Views Frank

I don't know if what you described was a lucid dream or not...can you at least identify the experience as being for sure a dream or not? If not, it might have just been H.I. (Hypnagogic imagery). People see/hear/feel/experience all sorts of things while they're going through the beginning stages of falling asleep, yet still somewhat conscious.

like I said the best way to describe what I experienced was like my entire thoughts echoed throughout like as if you were shouting in a large hallroom to see if it echoes?
