Hey, Im new here, but i've already had a couple of lucids. But what my problem is, i think, is to stay in the dream.
When a dream fades away, I've made this command to increase lucidity. I put my hands together and shout: ''Intensity, Now!''. Then everything comes back. But the real problem is, that it doesnt work every time.

So should I get more and different commands to remember? Or is it just me.

ps; This site is tha bomm, it made me reach my first lucid in 4 days!! Thumbs up to this forum.

So many of our problems persist because we see them in only one way and keep beating our head against the same wall

Wow, well done on reaching lucidity so quickly!

You've probably heard of these, but you can do other things to stabilise your dreams. You can spin around on your axis, rub your hands together, or feel the objects around you. Doing these will really 'immerse' you in the dream.

Hi Neville Welcome to the forum.

As Neko said, there are a variety of ways to try to stabilze the dream. Spinning, looking at your hands, etc. Everyone's different so you'll need to find out what works best for you by tryin different things.

Personally, once I realize I'm lucid, I stop whatever I'm doing and lean against a wall to collect my thoughts and stabilize the dream. Sometimes I'll examine my hands as I'm standing there to determine how much detail I can see. If I try to do anything (like flying) right away without giving myself time to calm down, I'll lose it right away.

Anyway, good luck and have fun!

OMG!! This is going far beyond my imagenation. I tried the FILD technique and it was my first successful Wake-Induced-Lucid-Dreaming.

I still can't believe it. Did exactly what the instructions told me to do with the 2 fingers playing piano. I do a nose RC. WHAM! I'm lucid in a dream.

And when I got outa bed, I followed Burns tips. So, I walked to my closet and leaned against it. I looked at my hands and than carefuly looked around the room. This is where the party started and I never lost lucidity. I wanted to teleport and tried spinning. The room only changed a little bit into a forest. ''Forget about it, your lucid, just get outside'' I told myself. I went outside my house and ''No way!'', it was THAT beautiful.

The dream lasted maybe 20 minutes. My most lucid, most vivid and longest dream so far. Now I just need to learn actions like flying, summoning, change dream settings and lots more.

      Thankss guys!
