Hi! Well, Im New Here...

First of all I'm Ginny! HI! As far as I can remeber ive had three lucid dreams in the past, like when I was a little girl. Now to what I wanted to ask, are there any more tips for remebering dreams? Iv'e tried for 4 nights to remeber my dreams, using a bunch of differant methodes. And I have only remebered 1 dream. And it was really freaky because I had that dream before. Like years ago. And in the dream I was lucid in and in complete controll. I was like, in disney world in outer space and I kept taking the rockets to earth and back for some reason. And once I realised I was dreaming I like started wondering around. But when I had that dream just last night I knew I was dreaming but I had no controll. Instead I just repeated everything I did in the dream a long time ago. Is that common?

What's up, FloridaGirl? Welcome to Dream Views. I'm from FL too (duh ) and it's always nice to have others around here from FL. You should plan on starting up a dream journal, because it's going to be your best tool when it comes to remembering dreams. Getting a good night's sleep and not sleeping too heavily should help you a lot, also. I'm sure the link Casualtie posted will have a lot of helpful information, so I won't go into too much more.
