Now, that I think about it she really did remind me of a family member of mine who died back awhile ago. She looked and talked very similar, also she smoked. Huh, thats really strange now that I think about it.
I dont Necessarily believe strongly in dream guides and talking to dead family in dreams, but you know I keep a open mind about it.

So I was thinking about why I have insomnia, I think its really a simple reason. I think since I tried a WILD a few nights in a row I really noticed the black when I close my eyes. I also got used to just barely staying awake, So that plus falling asleep later in the night I kind of formed a habit. I'm finally getting back though, but slowly to my regular sleep cycle.

I also had one more quick question. Have any of you saw the future of your dreams while in one? I always see about a minute or two in the future of my dreams. It always happens when somthing really bad is about to happen. So I always see these quick flashes of pictures or a vision I guess you could call it, then I always change what im doing in my dream to prevent it. Its not that great really, it just makes my dreams more boring....
