Hi I am new to the forums a little background on myself. I've been practicing Astral Projecting for about a month now and Lucid dreaming for maybe 3 weeks. I'm more of a fundamental guy so I've never really tried much to Lucid dream or Project yet but today I'm starting to learn.

I want to get to the point where I can have a Lucid dream or AP 4-5 times a week. (Everyday if I can get that good) I want to try everything that dreams have to offer so this is my journey to become an expert at astral projection and Lucid dreaming. The most specific lucid dream I want to do is WILD since i can always use it as a backup if I don't AP.

      Welcome to the forum

Its possible for you to have 4-5 experiences a week, you just need quite a bit of practise. Have you checked the tutorials page? It is very useful and has lots of important information.

Also do you use a dream journal, they help recall so that you can remember your dreams incase you do have LD's and just don't remember them.

Personally I wouldn't try to do a WILD first because they can be quite hard for beginners. I'd recommend mixing a WBTB with a MILD.

Wow I seem to be going on, any just be confident and remember every one's different so don't expect results straight away. (not saying it's going to take ages )

Good luck and see you around .

Yep I've Lucid dreamed accidently for like 3 seconds by a MILD. One reason why I say I am focusing more on WILDs is because the book that I've been reading about AP it has a section that talks about doing WILDs as a backup and usually I never get enough time (sleep) to actually try most of the stuff. (I'm now willing to put more time in sleeping) For past 2 days I've like got the secret sauce for me to actually recall dreams before it was once in awhile I'll have a non lucid dream and 1 dream I actually became lucid.

Only thing I must learn is how to stablize it because I get so excited that now I can do what I want and I end up waking up I never try to spin or do any of that, will see what happens tonight I'll make a dream journal
