      Problem

Ok I have been having a problem while in the dream world and I think that I've figured out that it's always really been an issue while I am dreaming but I've just really noticed it.

I think I may be semi-lucid each and every time I dream. I recognize that I am dreaming but don't do anything about it. I think that possibly I have always been semi-lucid while dreaming but never have done anything with it aside from the handful of times I have actually gone completely lucid and that now it has turned in to a bad habit.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get over this dream laziness? I mean I'm recognizing that I'm in a dream state and just saying, "Bleh, so what?"

If anyone can relate and has any info please lemme know either here or through a PM. Thanks in advance.

      Hey there Bedlam Subsistance.
I do know what your talking about. Semi Lucid.
When I became semi lucid I made myself prove that it was for real, a lucid dream, (Like a reality check). Then once I was completely aware I would keep telling myself - This is a dream, I am in control.
See if that helps. I did not go so long for it to become a habit though. Either way you are the one in control!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried repeating that you will take control of your dream or something before goin to sleep?

I know what you are talking about.

Everyone that is struggling to become lucid has this phase. There are many posts about this, usually once a week.

The answer is, be more assertive, and give it time.

Thats what dreams are I guess. It is your memory, imagination and subconscious fusing these images in your sleeping mind. Thus we are in control in the sense that it comes wholly from us, we create. Awareness gives birth to lucidity.
