Ok so here goes, I'm completely new to this, only found out about LD'in maybe a few weeks back. However I have been practicing Autosuggestion for at least a year and a half...I find I can easily induce sleep paralysis, but then I am unsure what I should do. The numbing sensation and the sheets moving when i breathe tend to keep bringing me back to reality, otherwise I experience some sort of enhanced daydreaming type sensation. I have tried counting, imagining myself descending stairs, saying I'm dreaming, etc. however I never enter a 'real' dream. I read somewhere to move my 'dream hand' but it reminded me that my body was lying in the bed and I ended up having my body fight my mind until my body won and the SP was broken. How shall I proceed? I assume I need more practice but I've done this maybe 5 or 6 times so I want to verify I'm taking the right path. Thanks guys.

Hmm...that's a tricky one...could you not perform some sort of RC when you realise you are in sleep paralysis? Or maybe perhaps you could combine it with the WILD tutorial

See if that helps, and if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to PM me.
