      I REALLY need help

      Ok I have this thing that is really making me mad. Everytime I wake up I remember a dream vaugely, so I know that I had the dream I just dont remember being a part of it. Im not sure if im making any sense but I just need to know how I can have a dream in the present tense intead of always seeing them in the past tense. If you can help me please reply soon. thanx

      I might have an idea of what you are talking about. Are you referring to the fact that you can't remember dreams clearly enough that you don't know who you are in the dream?

      As for the present tense question: Taking it literally for now, the answer would be to write in your dream journal in present tense. (BTW you should always do this anyways) Try that for a while and see how it goes.

      Are you saying that you are having dreams, but when you wake up those dreams fade pretty fast? If thats the case then thats easy just wake up an hour earlier than usuaul. Basically you're just missing your REM periods. And you're waking up right after NREM. Just set your alarm clock one hour earlier and you'll remember your dreams.
