Hey folks, Stumbled across this site and forums out of my oversized curiousity.
Very nice to see so many people involved in lucid dreaming - hopefully i'll get there myself.

What i was gonna ask is, i've read the tutorial few times and read additional links. I was able to get to recall 2-3 dreams a night now, however, havent started my diary yet. Now the thing is, when i wake up and i think about the dream i actually can remember myself thinking in the dream :"i think i'm dreaming" but then everyday things kick in, things like duties at work and such that prevent me from concentrating on that.

Here's the question: stress affects LD?

And was also gonna as, am i on a right track to the ultimate goal of controlling the dream?
