Hey guys, ive been at this only for a couple weeks now, I know things can take a while, but they say remembering your dreams is the first and most important thing, yet I cant remember any. I have gotten semi-sleep paralysis once, I even think I have gotten partial OBE once with my legs raising in the air yet I knew I wasn't physically moving which was really cool but then I dont remember what happened.

But I just can't remember my dreams, at all. I have a pen and paper ready to write one down by my bed once I have one, but I've yet to remember even a part of a dream since I have started doing this. I was gettin groceries yesterday and remembered Vit B6 helps some people so I picked up a bottle since it's cheap, took one pill of 100mg before bed but no difference yet.

When I go to bed I seem to get my body to go asleep pretty good mostly, but trying to get "good clear" images in my head is very hard and so is remembering my dreams, does anyone know of some way I can improve this?

Hmm...it could be that you are trying too hard....
maybe you should give yourself a break, go to bed one night with the intention of just going to sleep and maybe you'll have a dream naturally without thinking about it.
As for the B6, that can take a little while to work, maybe a few days.
Before you started to learn about lucid dreaming, how was your recall? I expect you remembered dreams well enough in the past when you weren't trying, and now that you are, maybe you are focussing on it too much?

That's my suggestion anyhow, hope it helps.
Feel free to ask any of us if you need any more help

If I were you, I would try B12. I would swear by it, in regards to improved memory. It seriously improved mine. Maybe it help you in that regard. Also, keep trying with the journol thing...EVentually, you will remember something, even if it is only a snippet or some such. Write it down. Even a little bit counts. ..

How long are you sleeping? It's alot easier to remember your dreams if you sleep for 8-9 hours than it is if you only sleep 6.

Stress is a great way to kill your recall, and as was mentioned, if you expect too much from yourself you're just going to get stressed out. So relax.

Also, when you wake up, don't move. Just (turn off your alarm clock if you use one and) lay there. Think about the last thing you can remember. Try to think of something, even if it's just a color, an item, a person, a place, etc. Usually when you can remember something you can work your way backwards and remember a lot more than you thought. Keep it up, but don't put too much pressure on yourself.

You can't remember any? Then wake up either 45 minutes sooner or earlier. Or fall asleep 45 minutes sooner/earlier. Should work.
