So this Lucidity thing sounds AMAZING to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me like the perfect way to vent stress; life is bad, so let's go fly around the dream world!

But I need to learn Dream Recall first. I'm in high school, so waking up in the middle of the night while I'm tring to get rest seems like an issue. Anyone have any insights? I'm not sure if it would be refreshing/beneficial to wake up and record dreams, or if it would just ruin the rest I was trying to get.

And I know that Lucidity can be detremental if performed to much (or so I've heard) because your brain is active when it should be restful. I wouldn't be abusing this, but I really do want to learn.
