You can try using a tape recorder as well. nothing extravegant just something you can easily pick up and vocally record your previous dreams and you can play it back later to keep focused of it each time you start to loose memory of it. Just a thought.

Plenty of tips, I mean your chances are not really that much different than a person who gets 8 hours of sleep outside of the onset of lucid dreaming. The techniques applied are generally the same no matter how many hours of sleep because you can catch Lucidity at anytime. Take a look at this link------>The Induction Techniques' You can get some excellent information there if you haven't already read it.

Well the answer to that question is not a simple one indeed. Basically the reason you accept the obscured things that just doesn't make sense so easily is because you normally dream with your subconscious mind which is the dominate story teller of your normal dreams. Well it really doesn't know how to associate logically enough to our conscious mind which is usually dormant anyway so we just accept whatever.

should i say "am i dreaming?" and do reality checks
Right now im mostly turning on and of lights and testing to fly in hope that i might try that in my dreams.
ive been reading lots of posts in this forum all of you seems great and i hope that someday i will have an LD...nothing is impossible....just damn hard..[/b]
I think you should do as many reality checks are you like the more the better. It's okay to stop and think in your mind to yourself am I dreaming and try a reality check each and everytime. The point is to make this effort so habitual that your efforts will eventually manifest themselves in your dream world and if you do a reality check in your dream. PRESTO! you've gotten it down. Good Luck!
