basicly work on dream recall till you remember like at least 1 dream a night. Then you can try some of the techniques like WILD which stands for Wake Iniciated Lucid Dream. where you basicly stay awake till your dream starts ( way more advanced than that but that is basicly the point) if you need help on dream recall then you should start a dream jornal and write down anything you remember about your dreams in the morning. good luck! and welcome to the forum
