Hmm... I've never actually tried to seek out memories in LDs - once I get better at control I think I'll try some experiments with that - like finding my "memory palace" like in Hannibal (the book) - an extremely useful skill if it can be developed |

Ill tell you right now dont go to a person who will hypnotise you....this we lead to false memories. And sometimes these false memories can cause lots of problems. |

This is not true - at the very most, it is a very contentious claim that is much debated amoung psychologists. But from myu first-year uni psych class, I seem to remember that there's a significant amount of evidence that memories "degrade" exponentially over time. what our brain remembers and indeed sees of the present is also very limited... it's all to do with the idea of sensory attention. |
