      Wild or Lucid dream?

Hi everyone im new here and i have a few question about lucid dreaming and wild dreams.

I had trouble falling to sleep last night and I kept waking up in the middle of the night. Then I thought i woke up again but i reliazed i was looking at my feet and the skin color was kind of see through blue (not sure). When I finally realized I was dreaming or Having a wild I had a panic because its my first time and it was spooky. I had a little struggle trying to get up and i could feel my eyes widen with fear. Suddenly I woke up and i was back under my sheet agian. What kind of dream was this?

      Welcome!

You seemed to have experienced a false awakening. Congrats on having a semi-lucid though. The trouble you had getting up in the dreamworld was probably because your sheets were confining your body in real life. You were probably almost awake when you had this experience. Which makes sense, a lot of my early brief lucid flashs occurred when I was almost awake.

      Here come the bananas!

Anyway... definately a false awakening. Without you knowing it is a dream, they can be very scary. Always remember to do a reality chack when you wake up. That way, you can see if you are really awake.

Yeah, these guys are right, it's a False Awakening, a common type of Lucid Dream. There no such things as 'WILD dreams'... WILD is merely a technique to induce lucidity. A lot of newbies seem to get that mistaken...
