      Hi everyone.
This is my first time in the forum.
I heared about Lucid Dreames only a few days ago by mistake while surfing the net.
Ever since I got realy interested and read a lot about it.
Anyway I realy like to get started and make a dream journal. Usually I remember my dreams, atleast every now and then, but from some reason in the last few days I remember nothing. It's realy annoying. I realy want to go on with the process and have a lucid dream. I even tried to set the alarm clock for 10 minutes after i wake up or sleep at noon, but nothing. I awsume eventually I'll remember dreams but it's already taking many days. is there some way that i can remember my dreams for sure? or atleast in more ocassions then now?
      thanks,
      Lior.

well.. to help w/ dream recall. you can keep a pen and journal next to where u sleep, and when you wake up, write down then and there what your dream was.. write the date and write exactly what happened.. if not sure, add question marks.. it helps.. at least w/ me it does. even if you wake up at one in the morning.. write the dream down b/c you may forget when you wake up later on.. and if it is early in the morning you can go back to sleep, but you may also want to try LDing then, for you are in a total relaxed state.. dont wander in thought too far, for you may forget and sleep into dreamland.. think i am dreaming over and over or think of LDing in general.. there are alot of different techniques to LD like reality checks and stuff.. find what works best for you.. you may not get it on the first try. it takes practice

Love slips through my grasp once again

Its funny how wrong you can be about a person.
you think they love you, and it turns out to be a lie.
you think you know them, and they turn out to be the exact opposite

A dream, a nightmare, no! A vision, a vision.. of invasion

Remember remember the fifth of November
      Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
      Should ever be forgot...

      Thanks Raven.
But writing my dreams down immediatly is good only if I can remember them.
I want to know what I can do to remember them, because i wake up and dont remember dreaming at all.

First, do not use a loud alarm to wake you up, it's really distracting and may quickly suck you up in the waking state. I suggest you keep your eyes closed when you wake up, instead of hurrying up to write down whatever you remember. Stay relaxed and try to remember any scene or emotion you feel, if you're still blacked out, go on with your morning routine, and frequently ask yourself "What would i do if i was still dreaming right now?" It can help you retrace some earlier dream scenes.
      Good luck!
