well.. to help w/ dream recall. you can keep a pen and journal next to where u sleep, and when you wake up, write down then and there what your dream was.. write the date and write exactly what happened.. if not sure, add question marks.. it helps.. at least w/ me it does. even if you wake up at one in the morning.. write the dream down b/c you may forget when you wake up later on.. and if it is early in the morning you can go back to sleep, but you may also want to try LDing then, for you are in a total relaxed state.. dont wander in thought too far, for you may forget and sleep into dreamland.. think i am dreaming over and over or think of LDing in general.. there are alot of different techniques to LD like reality checks and stuff.. find what works best for you.. you may not get it on the first try. it takes practice |

Love slips through my grasp once again
Its funny how wrong you can be about a person.
you think they love you, and it turns out to be a lie.
you think you know them, and they turn out to be the exact opposite
A dream, a nightmare, no! A vision, a vision.. of invasion
Remember remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
Should ever be forgot...

First, do not use a loud alarm to wake you up, it's really distracting and may quickly suck you up in the waking state. I suggest you keep your eyes closed when you wake up, instead of hurrying up to write down whatever you remember. Stay relaxed and try to remember any scene or emotion you feel, if you're still blacked out, go on with your morning routine, and frequently ask yourself "What would i do if i was still dreaming right now?" It can help you retrace some earlier dream scenes. |
