ok my dream was(after reading this website, and trying LDing) i was wandsering in a small town(my X-gf's)
and started talking to her frends, then i began wrestling with one, but soon i wandered to a school and began chatting with people, then i went in the boys locker room, and soon had to hide because a coach was coming, so i hid, ad the dream switched(heres where i think i got Lucid&#33 i was in an airplane, and we landing so i looked out of the window, and as the wheels touched we took back off! andthe plane started tipping over(DS) i should have done a RC but didnt, and so I conciouly felt sick and grabbed my seat, thinking we were going to crash, yet all the pilot said was "exuse me passengers we are flipping over,(DS) and so everyone just kinda stayed put withseat belts, as if defying gravity, i felt like i would hit the ceiling and so when the plane righted itself we landed, when I got home I told my brother that the co-pilot died from a heart attack(in the dream news paper) and it showed him peeing on a closet door, and dancing(???(DS))

also is SP(sleep paralasis) but being concious of it, and trying to get out of it, considered LDing?

If you knew you were dreaming, then it would be considered a lucid dream. I couldn't tell exactly from your post whether you realized if you were dreaming or not.

      anyway, welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the forums. I agree, it doesn't sound like that dream was lucid.

By the way, the style that you wrote your post is a great start to a dream journal if you don't already keep one.
