Thread: Hello

Hello all,
I'd just like to say hello to all of you since I am new to this site, as well as lucid dreaming. I first read about lucid dreaming while doing some research on sleep for a class at school, and I was fascinated right away. I looked for a site which would offer me more information, and ended up here (great site&#33.

I've been keeping a dream journal for about a week now, and my dream recall has slightly improved, as i can remember about 1 dream a night (sometimes only part of it). I was really surprise 2 days ago when i had a lucid dream, but it lasted for only a little while, and then i got too excited and woke up, but at least it was a start. I was even more amazed when i had another one last night, which lasted quite a bit longer, although i had almost no control at all.

I hope to learn more about lucid dreams and how to control them. See you around!
