Hello all, I'd just like to say hello to all of you since I am new to this site, as well as lucid dreaming. I first read about lucid dreaming while doing some research on sleep for a class at school, and I was fascinated right away. I looked for a site which would offer me more information, and ended up here (great site&#33. I've been keeping a dream journal for about a week now, and my dream recall has slightly improved, as i can remember about 1 dream a night (sometimes only part of it). I was really surprise 2 days ago when i had a lucid dream, but it lasted for only a little while, and then i got too excited and woke up, but at least it was a start. I was even more amazed when i had another one last night, which lasted quite a bit longer, although i had almost no control at all. I hope to learn more about lucid dreams and how to control them. Hi, welcome to the board! Keep on with writing those dreams down, as your recall improves you'll remember more dreams, and as you get used to the feeling of lucidity, it will last longer! Hope you enjoy looking at the board, and getting involved in our community!
