      Hi again!
      I joined the forum a few days ago, but my two first posts were lost when the server was down, so I'll start from scratch.

      I've had lucid dreams since I was a child, but never had almost any control on them. I thought they were an early stage of awakening, because after becoming lucid the dream faded in a few seconds due to the excitement. But some time ago I discovered in the web the concept of LD and became quite interested. I've been keeping a dream journal for almost three months and now I recall at least one dream per night. Also, about one month ago I had the first stable LD in my life (as far as I remember) and it was an amazing experience. I think it might be useful for other people, so Iīll post it in the general thread.

      BTW I found this site a couple of weeks ago and I think itīs great, there is a lot of useful information here. Iīve got one of Labergeīs books and all the interesting techniques are covered by the tutorials!
