Hello, i'm new here. I have lds since i was a child, but the time passed, and i lost part of this ability. After my 10 years old, i still had some lds... few ones, but they were hard to forget. One of them happened about 1 year ago. I was in a strange place, going up in weird stairs. Suddenly I noticed i couldn't remember how i ended in that place. And i remembered where actually i was: in my bed sleeping. Then, i became curious to know what i would find if i continued going up, but i woke up before i discovered it.
After this dream, i begun to google "dream control" and "know you are dreaming", in few time i found the term "Lucid Dream", and found lots of information about it.
I decided to begin to use the techniques, and first i was going to increase a little my dream recall ( it wasn't everyday i could recall my dreams), and in less time than i expected i had my first ld using MILD.
Some time later (few time after i registered myself here), i decided to take a break in those techniques, just to see if i was going to be able to have lds without the techniiques.
And now, i'm only using the WILD technique, which i had success only once.
And a last thing: sorry if i do any spelling mistakes, my english is not very good.
