Thread: Stephen Laberge And Newbs On Dreamviews.

Ive been reading stephen Laberge's book, Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming. Its really interesing soo far. Ive seen a lot of the things mentioned in the book talked about here on dreamviews. Only thing is, a lot people on dreamviews seem to be doing much less then what is needed, to lucid dream, according to the book. I see a lot of posts like, what is a dream journal, how do I lucid dream.(not those exact words but similar) I think if you have just joined dreamviews, or are new to lucid dreaming, you should pick up this book or read the introduction. Also look at the tutorials if you are questioning techniques before you post.
