      This is weird....

Ok, so i've been trying all this LD, AP, and a little OBE stuff for about a week now, and i've been sensing vibrations all the time now, awake or not. If i just think about it for a second, just think about projecting into the astral planes, i can feel vibrations everywhere, heard noises, and feel like i'm falling, it's crazy. Is this normal, and is there an explination? I can control it so it's not really negative, but it's sorta weird. Just wanna makesure i'm not like dieing lol. Thanks for help

      Sleep Paralysis.

It happens usually when you are ALSEEP, in REM sleep cycles.
It is a natural chemical released in the brain so we DON'T act out our dreams.

Now...sometimes the chemical gets released before REM SLEEP, or can endure after REM sleep, when you wake up.
When attempting WILD, this usually happens to alot of people, because they stay concious when their body, or rather brain is going subconcious.

REMEMBER: it is natural, happens to everyone, and don't be frightened, try and relax.
