      ok i had a dream last night pretty crazy

      all i remember is swing my arms and shooting some energy out of them lol

      all i could see was my arm and everything else was white. but i was like i was think of what i was doing. but couldnt stop swinging my arms and basically jerking my whole body lol

      was this a lucid dream where i just had crappy control or what?

      also when i woke up i practicaly jump out of my bed

      Did you realize you were dreaming? Or did you just question why you were doing what you were?

      If the answer to the first question is yes, then you had a lucid dream. If the answer to the second question is yes, then you didn't.

      All lucid dream means is that you KNOW you are dreaming.
