One way is to start keeping a dream journal. Every day right after you wake up, write down whatever you remember from your dream, even if it isn't very much.

A clearer dream shuld be easier to remember. B6 should help that

I find the biggest dream-killers are waking up too suddenly, and getting distracted upon wakening so that my mind get's taken off the dream. Basically, you need to wake up gradually, and you need to wake up naturally and not BY something like an alarm or sound or somebody shaking you. Easier said than done, of course.

-Don't wake up quickly. When you awake, stay still and keep your eyes closed. Concentrate on NOTHING but remembering your dream, but dont try to hard or strain yourself. Stay relaxed.

-Always Dream Journal when you remember a dream, even if its just small points.

-Vitamin B12 is apparently very helpful for memory.
